John J Hayman, Jr.
John Hayman is the founder and Chairman of KES Science & Technology. John built the perishables preservation technology company into the world leader in automatic produce misting and related products and services. He holds five US patents for products and technologies in these areas.
By utilizing his biochemistry background and product engineering/development experience – John J Hayman, Jr. played a key role in developing the commercial concept for the AiroClean420 technology along with the University of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Center for Space Automation and Robotics and NASA.

John J. Hayman, III is President & CEO of KES Science & Technology, Inc., a leading global provider and innovator of postharvest preservation technology. For the past twenty-one years, John has directed; Manufacturing, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing along with commercialization and launch of, AiroClean420, a NASA developed Preventive Controls Air Sanitation technology that has broad application across multiple perishable industries.
Most recently, John has been instrumental with introducing this non-chemical (no ozone) Air Sanitation Solution for controlling Powdery Mildew and Botrytis Infestation into the Cannabis Industry specifically for; Growers, Cultivators and Infused Product Manufactures. John helped design AiroClean420 for easy integration into; Growth Chambers, Flowering Rooms, Production Areas, Vegetative Rooms, Drying/Storage Rooms, Packaging Rooms, Trim Rooms and Labs.
Scott is Executive Vice-President of KES Science & Technology, Inc. For the past 15 years he has been involved with daily operations of KES.
Recently he is responsible for over-seeing the Research and Marketing of AiroClean420 to the Cannabis Industry. He also continues his responsibilities of overseeing the production of the AiroClean420 units.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Since 2000, he has helped penetrate and develop numerous perishable industries where protecting indoor air quality from airborne contamination was an essential risk management objective. His sustained leadership in directing a North America Sales & Marketing Team has greatly contributed in establishing the NASA developed Air Preventive Controls technology as the number one preferred Air Sanitation solution for companies striving to enhance benchmarking activities that will allow for better compliancy with sanitation Best Practices and Protocols, like; Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Most recently, Jimmy has connected the Cannabis Industry to AiroClean420 resulting in high interest and good early acceptance as an effectively and cost efficient solution in combating destructive environmental fungal diseases.
Dave has been with Kes Science & Technology since 2004. After Senior Management positions that spans 25 plus years with firms like Air Products, Johnson & Johnson, Coloplast, and MedTek Associates. His roles with these companies have ranged from Sales Manager, Director of Sales Marketing, Business Development, VP of Sales and Marketing, all the way to President of US Operations.
Over the past several years, Dave has served as a consultant and business development executive for Kes Science with a focus on new food processing markets like Dairy, Ingredients, Wine and most recently the Cannabis industry. His range of experience, extensive contacts in the healthcare industry, and his technical background in engineering have been valuable assets in pioneering and developing broad applications for the AiroClean420 air sanitation technology.
Heather has been in sales in some capacity spanning over the last 20 years. She has held management positions in the Electronic Components Industry as well as the Turbine Power Industry. She was brought on board in 2012 to develop and grow the Western Region of the U.S. by introducing and implementing our NASA developed Air Preventative Controls Technology into the Post-Harvest industry. KES recently incorporated Heather into the AiroClean420 campaign where she is extending her experience and regional knowledge to the Cannabis Industry in an effort to implement a solution to the challenges that this industry is facing by providing our Air Preventative Controls Technology.
